  • Secure pets and remove obstacles from work areas

  • Ensure an adult (18+) is present during service calls

8.2 Information Disclosure

  • Provide accurate information about plumbing issues

  • Disclose known problems with the plumbing system

  • Inform technicians of any special conditions or hazards

8.3 Compliance Requirements

  • Obtain necessary permissions, permits, or HOA approvals, unless we have agreed in writing to handle this

  • Comply with our recommendations for safe operation of plumbing systems

9. PROPERTY PROTECTION AND CLEANUP
